This project in Morocco was the redesign of a stretch public realm waterfront on an existing mixed use and residential development, taking the existing linear and bland promenade to create a dynamic and leisure filled elements reflective of the ethos. An organic and soft typology was developed to break the linear nature, creating several zones for seating, F&B, play and recreation. Food trucks are scattered around the site, with an extension of the sales courtyard extending out up until the ocean. At the end, a big frame that gives the a view out towards the water and on to the other side of the bay.
