buddy Alumni pilot

MADRID, SPAIN

This was a pilot program; as the first graduating class from the Masters in Customer Experience and Innovation, there seemed to be a need to create a safe space where students could talk, discuss and vent out problems, issues and suggestions. What made more sense is for it to be someone who understands and has been in their position. Similar to a buddy system or a Big Brother-Big Sister program, where the alumni offer support to, and collect feedback from, the Masters class of 2018 throughout the year. A mixture of monthly face-to-face sessions and some office hours should the students need advice. It’s was a great way to network with the new class, keep active in the IE community, and give back to the masters program.
